CareNine terms of service

CareNine is a maternity and postpartum support service offered by Alinea Healthcare Private Limited. Access to the platform is provided through employer-sponsored programmes. By using the CareNine web or mobile applications you agree to comply with these terms and with all applicable laws.

The information provided within CareNine is for educational and coordination purposes. It should not replace consultation with qualified medical professionals. Always follow the advice of your doctor or emergency services when making healthcare decisions.

CareNine is available to eligible employees, spouses, and dependants nominated by participating corporates. Access is controlled via unique registration coupons. Sharing, selling, or reusing coupons is prohibited.

Alinea Healthcare reserves the right to suspend access in the event of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of employer policies.

We collect personal and health information only to deliver the programme, coordinate experts, and provide analytics to authorised employer stakeholders. Data is processed in accordance with the CareNine Privacy Policy and India's applicable data protection regulations.

Members can request access, correction, or deletion of their data by writing to privacy@alineahealthcare.in. Certain records may need to be retained to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

All CareNine content, call templates, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Alinea Healthcare Private Limited. No part may be reproduced without prior written permission.

Third-party logos or resources referenced within the programme remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or fair usage guidelines.
